bg-gt-white p-3 h-100 block-radius-15 makes this block's height extend all the way to the bottom of the section to match the blocks in column two.

I changed it to h-50, and now this block's height becomes 50% of the height of the space that remains in this column.

Initially I had placed two blocks above this, both image with copy. that is why the text was being cut off - image with copy doesn't play nice with other types of blocks in the same column.
